Temporary Library Cards
In accordance with the City’s overall plan for community well-being, the Melrose Public Library building is closed until further notice.
Melrose residents who do not currently have a library card, but would like access to our online resources, please call (781-665-2313) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) with all of the following information:
– Full name
– Street address
– Telephone number
– Email address
– Birth date
You will receive a temporary library card number and PIN via email, which will allow you to access our online services that require a card. This card will expire in three months. Upon re-opening, we will revert to our normal procedures.
If you currently have a temporary card but would like to convert it to a permanent card, please contact email@example.com referencing your temporary card number.
