LIBRARY PASS PROGRAM
LIBRARY PASS PROGRAM – IMPORTANT INFORMATION
CITY OF BOSTON VACCINE MANDATES ARE IN EFFECT IN MANY LOCATIONS.
During this time of social distancing, many museums have changed their procedures for admission using a library pass. When reserving a pass, visit the museum’s website to review current requirements for admission and updated operating hours.
Please note, the library pass reservation calendar may not
reflect changes to museum open dates and hours of operation.
You will receive an automated confirmation notice once your pass has been successfully booked.
Please plan ahead.
Many museums limit capacity via timed ticket reservations. For these venues, you must contact the museum in advance to schedule the exact time of your visit – failure to do so may result in non-admission.
The library pass does not guarantee admission
or a reservation on a chosen date.
Passes are available for Melrose residents. Passes may be reserved up to 30 days in advance. Please note, while some passes may be printed by the user, others MUST be picked up at the library. In most cases, there will be a nominal entrance fee plus an additional cost for special exhibits.
