PreSchool Story Programs

Storytime sign up begins on Wednesday, January 23, 2012 in the Children's Room at 10:00 AM and continues until all slots are filled. Phone registrations will be accepted starting at 10:00 AM.

Storytime will be held at 10:30 AM on Wednesdays and Thursdays and is for Melrose residents who are 3 & 4 years of age.

Toddler Time will be held at 10:30 on Tuesdays and Fridays and is for children ages 18 months to 36 months. NEW - Registration is not necessary for Toddler Time. Parents are invited to attend ONE class a week. Call 781-665-2314 for more information.

Rockin' Babies and Boppin' Toddlers

The Children's Room popular program for children ages 0-18 months! Certified Music Therapist Meredith Pizzi engages children and their parents with songs, fingerplays, lapsongs, and lots of FUN!

Rockin' Babies and Boppin' Toddlers will be on January 29th, March 5th, April 9th, & May 14th.

BOPPIN TODDLERS: ages 10-18 months; 10:15 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

ROCKIN' BABIES: ages 0-9 months; 11:15 a.m. - 12:00 noon

Music, Movement and Mother Goose PreSchool Program
Children are invited to attend this popular monthly bedtime program in their pajamas. The library's good friend Dara VanReemortal will entertain families with her songs and stories. Dara performs this Winter/Spring 2013 on Mondays, January 28th, February 25th, March 18th & April 22nd, all at 6:30pm.

Circle Time Stretch with Joy!
For children ages 12 - 24 mos. and their caregivers. Children will explore yoga, gentle stretching and movement through songs, rhymes, finger-plays and music. Classes will be on Fridays, February 1st, March 8th, April 12th, May 17th & June 4th at 10:30am.
